All action sports help build confidence in individuals and give them a clear focus to progress, reach goals, find new friends and feel great. You will find most action sports have a club or association which you can join and belong. These provide support and guidance, allowing you to reach your full potential.
Action sports give you new skills for your body, and they also give you new skills for your mind. They also teach you to respect yourself, recognise your strengths and help other people.
