Trespass British Snowboardcross/Skiercross Championships and Rail Jam

Monday 21st September – The 2009 British Snow Tour heads to bonnie Scotland this weekend, Saturday 26th September for The Trespass British Snowboardcross/Skiercross Championships and Rail Jam Session. The Schools Tour Team will also continue on its quest in Glasgow to encourage more youngsters to get shredding when they visit two secondary schools and give away 100 FREE taster lessons.

With a massive local scene and some of the UK’s hottest new talent, including snowboarder, Danny McCormick and freeski ripper, Cal Sandieson, emerging from Glasgow and rising up through the ranks, the British Snow Tour is really excited to be heading back to Glasgow’s SNO!zone this weekend. The Trespass Rail Jam will complement proceedings and keep the freestylers entertained, whilst the Trespass Snowboardcross and Skiercross Championships promise’s to challenge the most confident and competitive of ‘cross’ enthusiasts.

Saturday 26th September, SNO!zone Glasgow:
• 08:30 – 09:30 – Competition Registration
• 09:30 – 13:00 - Trespass Freeski Rail Jam Session
• 10:00 – 13:00 - Trespass British Snowboardcross Championships
• 12:00 – 16:00 - FREE Taster Ski & Snowboard Lessons
• 13:00 – 16:00 - Trespass British Skiercross Championships
• 13:00 – 18:00 - Trespass Snowboard Rail Jam Session

The competition is based on open entry for all abilities and ages and is served up across five age categories, Kids, Youth, Junior, Senior and Masters and if you pre-register to compete online you will receive a discount on the Friday night session from the lovely SNO!zone reception staff.
