Spiked Parkour and Action Sports - Edition 6

Edition 6 of the worldwide SPIKED parkour and action sports magazine is now available to buy online.

This edition looks at inspirational women in sport. We have some great coverage of the leading lady from Parkour Generations - Annty Marais. Plus, we get an incite into the world of women's MMA with Rosie Sexton, who is seen as the leading ambassador for the evolution of women's MMA. We have some exciting coverage of the undefeated women's world muay thai champ Karen 9mm Ousey and her transition into MMA. Karen is also looking at parkour as the perfect cross training programme to complement her MMA training. Very interesting to see how these two arts complement each other.
